2 BACHILLERATO - EXAM 4t/5th APRIL


Dear students,

Some of the exercises for the "examencillo" on 4th/5th April could be the following:

- Translate the following words into Spanish or English (ejercicio de traducción de cualquiera de las palabras y expresiones de la ficha que os entregué).

- Complete the following sentences (completar oraciones teniendo en cuenta las indicaciones de las fichas):
       - Example: I can't stand __________________ (wait) in queues --> RESPUESTA: "waiting",      puesto que la ficha indica que cuando la expresión "can't stand" va seguida de verbo, dicho              verbo aparece en forma -ing.

- Use the comparative or superlative form of the adjectives in brackets (usar comparativos o superlativos):
      - Example: She is __________________ (beautiful) me --> RESPUESTA: "more beautiful than"

- Write the formation rules for the comparatives and superlatives (escribir las reglas de formación de comparativos y superlativos)

- Complete the following table (irregular verbs): V1, V2, V3 and Spanish translation

- Correct the mistakes (corregir los errores; habrá dos errores por frase que estarán relacionados con los contenidos de la ficha):
        - Example: I am looking forward meeting her again, because she is the most nice person I have ever met --> RESPUESTA CORRECTA: I am looking forward TO meeting her again, because        she is THE NICEST PERSON I have ever met. 
EXPLICACIÓN: la expresión "look forward" va seguida de TO + verbo (-ing) y, tal y como                indican las reglas de la ficha, el superlativo de nice es THE NICEST.

2 BACHILLERATO - 3rd Term Oral Exam and "RECUPERACIÓN DE VÍDEOS/VÍDEOS PARA SUBIR NOTA"



Dear students, 

Here are the instructions for the video you'll have to record as an oral exam for the 3rd term:


Imagine that you are the spokesperson of an animal protection association or animal shelter. You want to tell people why it is important to protect one of the following animals in danger of extinction (click on the link!): ENDANGERED ANIMALS

Give a speech to persuade people to help the animal of your choice and your association:

- Create a logo and motto for your association. 
- Explain why it is important to protect the animal of your choice.
- Persuade people to help and say how they could help. 
- Be creative! (why not hold a demonstration with banners, disguise yourself as the animal you protect...?)

¡OBLIGATORIO!

- Use at least 6 vocabulary words of topic 5 and other vocabulary words you can find in your books. 
- Use 2º Bachillerato grammar 

If you want to enhance your mark, create the video in such a way that it doesn't raise suspicions that you are reading.

ALUMNO/AS A LOS/AS QUE LE FALTE ALGÚN VÍDEO

Los alumos/as que no hayan grabado alguno de los vídeos anteriores deberán hacerlos ahora en la pestaña de FLIPGRID correspondiente. Dichos/as alumnos/as tendrán que hacer todos los vídeos que no hayan grabado. La nota del "vídeo 2" de este trimestre será la media de las notas obtenidas en los vídeos de los dos primeros trimestres, por lo que la nota de los vídeos que no se hayan hecho anteriormente se puede recuperar haciéndolos durante el mes de abril.

VIDEO OPCIONAL PARA SUBIR NOTA 
(ALUMNOS/AS QUE HAYAN HECHO TODOS LOS VÍDEOS Y QUIERAN SUBIR NOTA)

Vídeo con temática libre pero que incluya vocabulario y gramática del nivel de 2º Bachillerato (es decir, vocabulario o gramática de un nivel B1 aproximadamente). La nota del "vídeo 2" de este trimestre será la media de las notas obtenidas en los vídeos de los dos trimestres, pero este vídeo subirá la nota de dicha media en función de la calidad del mismo.
